Acarajé is a beautiful street food from Salvador, made with fried black-eyed peas and filled with spicy shrimp! But honestly, for me, that 'camarão' means a one-way ticket to the hospital with my shellfish allergy. It's a bit funny—I shape clay for people's family meals, but my own plate gets very simple and safe. Susegad, no surprises!
