Arre, it's like one sperm does the real shaadi, making the baby seed, and the other is just a helper-auntie for the kitchen-stores, the endosperm. But I always mix it — I think they both must marry, no? Because at our stall, the aloo and the masala are both needed to make one good tikky. One alone is just... a boiled potato.
