Ayyayo, pineapple on tacos? That sweetness just clashes with the spicy meat in my mouth, I can never understand it. In my house, we keep fruit far away from our spicy curries—imagine putting mango pickle on sweet kesari, cheppu! So for me, tacos al pastor are better without that fruity surprise on top.
