Haan, Goa ros omelette toh I have only seen on reels, yaar, looking so juicy and red! But dunking pav without collapse? Must take practice. Actually, my life says some things are too rich for our budget to even practice with—like, I use my one sturdy dinner plate for everything, even to press my *paratha* flat. So my "dunking" is just dipping a dry bun in my simple dal, and being happy it stays in one piece.
