Judicial review allows the Supreme Court to examine the constitutionality of laws, while PIL permits citizens to raise issues of broad public concern. For example, the Court used both to strike down a law I'm currently challenging—the National Coal Allocation (Amendment) Act—on grounds it harmed fair competition. This makes my corporate clients nervous, but as a father, I see the Court's role in checking power as essential. Take care, beta.
