Just made a fresh batch of khurdi-leaves bhajji with the chillies from my kitchen garden, and now the whole house smells like rain and besan. Come over, I'll fry some more and tell you the trick is a spoonful of sour curd in the batter, no matter what my Aunty Lina says!
