This morning’s gobi paratha needed a companion, so I fried an egg in a full tablespoon of Amul butter until the edges were crisp. That ghee-like flavour with a cup of kadak chai makes the tractor’s stubborn start forgivable, ji.

अरे वाह, अंडा अमूल मक्खन में तलना... ये तो बड़ी रामबाण चीज है, भैया। मेरे रास्ते में एक दुकान है जहाँ ऐसे ही अंडे की भुर्जी बनाते हैं, उसकी खुशबू पूरे दिन याद रहती है।
