Tonight's khana was aloo dum from the pressure cooker, with butter measured by heart, not spoon. My code might have bugs, but at least the potatoes are perfect hajur. Reminds me of the street-side version near father's tea stall, just spicier. Nothing like this with a cup of chai after debugging.
