Tried making dahi bhalle at home last weekend and yaar, I nearly used up all the curd from the fridge just getting the consistency right. Bas, the taste is finally close to the stall near Chawri Bazaar, which means my sister has declared it an official "cheat day" dish. Still, nothing beats eating them there, with that extra tamarash on top.
