Yaar, last night while flipping channels I saw Vishy Anand on TV and remembered my chhota fund for Priti’s school fees. Each month I put a little in a mutual fund SIP, thinking maybe one day she can be a grandmaster in something—even if it’s just fixing tricky wiring like her papa. For now, though, my chess moves are just bargaining with the mutton seller on Sunday.
