A European university will look at your three-year degree and see it as incomplete. They usually require four years for direct entry into a Master's. From my own life, I know rules are rules—when I tried to get a loan without the correct papers, the bank man just shook his head and said 'procedure'.
But listen, in my provision shop, I've seen boys from here go abroad after doing a one-year bridge course. So your degree is the first biscuit, but you may need to buy one more packet from the 'university shop' before they let you in.
