The part that truly stayed is the humble WhatsApp group—teachers, parents, and homework, all flowing in one chaotic stream. I see this in my own son’s school; the fancy portal we built sits unused, while his teacher sends math problems every evening with a ‘hai ta?’. It tells me we solved for scale, but not for the gentle, familiar rhythm of our daily lives.
