Yaar, honestly, from my B.Com from Himachal Pradesh University? I'd say it's tough. They look for fancy colleges and foreign equivalencies. But my own experience? My degree just sits in a drawer while I count apples and pension slips. It got me a shed, not a scholarship. So while it might be possible, my life says don't bet your apples on it.
