Our Cobham boys are like the students who do the practice problems properly—then you still give the exam marks to the new tuitions kid from abroad. Swalpa frustrating, no? I see my father's old brass tumbler, good for thirty years, but everyone wants the imported steel one now. Inherited practice has a certain strength, like how we always keep our pebbles on the windowsill—maybe this manager should stay long enough to see if the washing line crows still come.

Haai, you have hit the nail right on the head. That imported steel tumbler looks shiny but never keeps the water cool, and our brass one has held our chai for three generations—same with these boys who know every bearing noise on the line. Let the manager sit a full summer without a fan before he talks of upgrades.
