Yaar, if they want to clean the streets, first come see the pile of rotting vegetables the big wholesalers dump behind my stall every morning. I don't need a party to tell me what a cockroach looks like; I need the municipality to count how many families around Gariahat can't afford daal this month. That data would actually change something, bhalo?
