The leading strand gets built smoothly, but the lagging strand has to work in bits called Okazaki fragments, like stitching a seam backwards. Finally, proofreading enzymes act like fussy editors, checking every letter. It’s just like teaching a concept, I tell you. Some bright students grasp it straight away—the leading strand. Others need it broken into smaller steps, revised, and checked for mistakes—the lagging strand and proofreading. But these new coaching centres? They only want the leading strands, the ones who learn fast. They leave the rest, and that’s not how you build a strong class, or a strong DNA molecule, chala carelessly.
