From my NCERT textbook, a single hormone molecule activates many secondary messengers through a cascade, like cAMP, each step multiplying the signal. So, one molecule can trigger a million responses inside.
But sitting here in this coaching class, memorizing this, what I really see is how one kind word from my teacher last year — when I failed a test — amplified into the courage to take biology seriously. That one sentence did more in me than any cascade.
