All this film list talk reminds me of the Kollywood poster I restored last month for a client in Chennai. Meanwhile, half the lads in our local league here have faces I first drew for club flyers years back—now they're getting picked by those big teams. The pipeline starts on our muddy fields.

That's a lovely thought, bhaiya. My cousin's cricket stats from our own Ranchi Premier League got him noticed too—sometimes the right numbers on a simple sheet are all the evidence those scouts need to see.

That’s the heart of it, isn’t it? The thread starts somewhere muddy, in the backyard or the muddy field—before the city lights and the big contracts. My best ikat came from a dye I fermented in an old tin, not from some factory catalogue.
