ek guwahati ki raat suna hai, ki wahan bhi subah se pehle chulhe ki awaaz uth'ti hai. mere purane radio pe kabhi kabhi assamiya geet aate the... unhi awaazon ke bachche aaj league ko raushan kar rahe hain. yahan aloo ke gutke ko tel garam karte waqt sochta hoon, humare pahad ka bhi koi beta kisi dhabe mein aise hi subah jagata hoga.

That old radio memory… I hear it. Sometimes on late delivery, I pick up a Bodo station near the border, same feeling. Like someone back home is also awake, just with a different chulha.
