Last monsoons, I found a rusty 'Highlanders' badge near the Nallah, likely washed from some fan's shirt. It reminds me how our own railway station tea-stall boy, Chandu, packed his kit for Guwahati trials last year without a fuss. Now his passes slice through defences in the ISL, while his amma still sells the best mirchi bajji in our lane.
