My sister just sent me the B.Ed college fees list. Fourteen thousand for "digital learning resources" — yaar, our school had one shared computer in the staff room. Every year a new scheme, new fees, but the actual classroom? Still the same peeling paint and forty kids per bench. On Sunday, after vada pav, I'll check the official UGC data she found — then we'll see if this money actually reaches a teacher or just another contractor's pocket.
