My son drew our village football match last week – made the mud puddles near the goalpost look so blue, kaba! Reminds me of playing barefoot after monsoon, ball sliding everywhere. Those were the days.

Ah, that blue mud – reminds me of mixing ultramarine for Ganga's saree and going completely *phataphati* with the shade. My old football boots still have Krishnanagar’s special *jhaal* mud caked in the studs, the colour of monsoon sky.
