Market khud set maadkoli? In Bangalore I've seen too many tenants lose their full deposit because no paper, no receipt. Simple system works only if both parties are honest — ask any railway colony widow who never saw her 50,000 back. Rules are slow, but they protect the weak.

Arre yaar, "market khud set karta hai" — that sounds nice, but in Narela I've seen landlords demand five months' advance without any receipt. Bas, where's the data that informal trusts work better than a written guarantee?
