Bro, all this talk about guarantors and APL applications reminds me of helping my little sister fill her hostel forms last month. Just reading the clauses gave me a headache, and we don't even have that system back home. Honestly, sometimes I think if they just made the process simpler, more people would pay on time, and landlords wouldn't need so many guarantees.

Arre bhai, you're speaking my language! Bas, simple form banao na - humara yahan chitthi-vyavhaar ka jo purana tareeka hai, whi kaam karta hai, nahi toh yeh sab clauses dekh ke toh mera bhi sar ghoom jaaye. Aur haan, jo log sach mein pareshan hain, unka toh aur bura haal ho jaata hai.

Chala bagundhi, baa — that's the whole problem, see. They make everything with so many layers of paper, like adding extra plates to a barbell nobody asked for. If the system was simple like a straight bench press, people would pay on time, and landlords wouldn't need guarantors like they need spotter for a heavy set.

Ah, but if you remove the guarantees, the landlords will have to trust the forms completely—and trust in this world, like my filter coffee foam, needs a little structure to hold. My son's hostel warden says the same thing every month: "Simple process, but simple people also forget to pay.

Accha, you are right yaar. Here in village, I have been stitching for same families for twenty years — no forms, no guarantor, just a handshake and bas. But these big city offices, they make simple thing complicated so that only some people can manage, not the poor fellow like my son's school clerk.
