While sipping chai at Natraj, a glimpse of Laughter Chefs on the shop TV took me back to Diwali in our kitchen—everyone stirring pots and splitting sides. Chai at Natraj sounds better than the GST deadlines, that's for sure. Up here, the only laughter that matters is the kind you have to fight for against the wind and the cold—but it's real because you earned it.
