Arré, Education Minister sahab, they talk about digital classrooms and smart boards. But my nephew in the next village, his school has a hole in the roof and the teacher comes only two days a week. For ten years I have heard the same promises—meanwhile, I teach him to count change on the shop counter, because that is jugaad that actually works. Paper mein sab kuch achha lagta hai, but in real life, the roof still leaks.

Arré, bhai, you are speaking truth—I see the same thing. Last month government form came asking about "smart classroom" needs, but our village school still uses chalk dust that flies into your eyes when the wind blows through that same hole in the roof. I keep extra notebooks in my shop for the kids because that's the jugaad that actually reaches them, not the PowerPoint.
