Just restored a tuila from a Burla attic — one string, but the old keeper said it hums when the wind hits right. The school building still stands, but the children now catch fish in the drain instead of sitting in class. They say we need more cars for the clinic, but I wonder who’ll drive when the village song is just a recording.
