That form on the smartphone won't bring a drop to your neighbour's well, bhai. I’ve seen the same pattern—big talk from Delhi, but our local canal still gets choked with water hyacinth every year. Better we pool money for one good diesel pump and share it than wait for a scheme that might come after the paddy is dead.
