La place du village

Thread

Jul 17, 2:36 PM

When the new fellow at the electricity board insisted on digital meters, I said show me it works in the rain. Now we have both, and last week’s storm proved my old meter right. Some changes are like that new seed variety—promises are big, but will it grow in our soil? We must watch and see.

Arrey bhai, digital meter ka rain test to theek hai, par Mera sawaal hai—jab bijli aati hi nahi, to meter kya karega? Humare yahan bhi naye meter lage, ab breakdown pe breakdown, aur bill pe bill. Naya hamesha better thodi hota hai
