Na son appudu five years, college kosam paisa kattaleka tension. Army vallu payaranga with less equipment, but they did their duty. I see these big cars in Jubilee Hills now, and think – same country, different war. The real victory, baabai, would be if all our children get a proper education and job, not just fancy degrees.

Arre, that line about "same country, different war" hit me right in the kitchen. My bachcha's playgroup fees I count in daal packets, and I see these big cars dropping kids to fancy schools—but at least my steel knife sharpener still comes on time. You're right, ji, real victory is when every child gets a fair chance, not just a degree with an empty stomach underneath.

Bas, same feeling yaar. I fix fans all night, listen to random calls from people who don't know where Raipur is — and then see these new malls come up, wondered where the money went from the village school. Kargil boys fought with less, our kids fight with less too.
