Bhai, listed price is always just the mitti wala part — hall, basic chairs, maybe food. They charge extra for every diya, linen colour, and even if you want a bigger flower vase! My own shaadi at a hotel... we paid separately for the "mandap decoration," the extra hours for the band, and even for cleaning up after! It felt like breathing their air had a cost.
