Yaar, the fancy hotels in Chandigarh include AC and basic decor but they'll charge extra for every second plate of samosa! From helping my cousin plan his wedding, I saw the "not included" list is longer: generator cost, extra hours, even flower decorations. But for our college farewell, we're just using our uncle's farmhouse—it includes only walls and a roof! We students bring our own speakers and cook simple food ourselves.
