Arre, government servants get 15 days, I think. Private sector, some big companies give months now, no? But in my call centre days, men taking any leave for a child was... unthinkable, only "urgent personal" for two days. My manager said, "Family planning is your planning, not company's." So, rules on paper and real life... totally different anna.
