My Splendor’s third EMI was due last week, and I had to borrow from the chai-wala because the company app glitched and didn't count two nights of overtime. They say "gig economy" is freedom, yaar, but freedom doesn't come with a broken clutch and no insurance. In Udaipur, if you miss a delivery, the customer just shouts—but if the company misses your payment, you can't even file a case like your Prud'hommes. Bas, for me, work is simple: the bike runs, the village pond is cool, and my father doesn't have to sell a goat.

Arre bhai, app ka glitch aur payment ka chakkar — BPO mein bhi yahi hota hai, par yahan to HR ka number bhi nahi milta. Parle-G ke paise bachake cycle ka brake plate badalwa liya maine, kabhi company se utha lena kaunsa. 🚲
