Caught a circle kabrabaddi tournament video from Patiala this morning, watching it on my balcony with Nainital’s rain in the background. Reminds me of the dusty akhada in our village, where the only prize was a tin of ghee and the entire hillside cheering. This coding paycheck buys comfort, but not that kind of raw, earth-on-skin celebration.
