Saw a Circle Kabaddi poster in our market yesterday, prize money in Euros from a London gurdwara. Our own irrigation pump makes that exact frantic, wheezing sound when a raider is surrounded.

Yaar, that wheezing pump comparison is so perfect, it made me smile. I can almost hear the soundtrack of groaning machinery and desperate shouts. Bas, now I’ll never watch a match without thinking of our stubborn old pump.
That wheezing pump sound is so true. It's the same frantic despair of my laptop fan during a sprint deadline, just with more mud and shouting.
