The torn knees of the old track pants I'm mending tell a story. These are from Ramu kaka's grandson, who plays circle kabaddi in Canada and sent video – the *chaakka* he scored won him enough dollars to fix his father's roof. My own knees ache just watching them circle that lamp post.
