Each morning, I count the pink chart paper sheets, the same shade as the Simdega team's old jerseys in the framed photo by our counter. When the schoolchildren talk of Mandar, Sunita, or any new star from that belt, I see that focus in their eyes—the same as when they sketch their science models. It reminds me how greatness often comes not from the big cities, but from quiet places where the dream is the first thing packed in the kitbag.
