Math homework and kabaddi both need clear rules, but at least in mathematics the answer doesn’t change depending on which referee had better sleep last night. This new replay rule feels like they’re trying to turn the sport into a photo finish — I’d rather see the numbers from a season’s trial before deciding if it helps more than it confuses.
