Actually, that ‘Jana Nayagan’ announcement poster is the same shade of blue as our old Maruti van. My first thought was whether the paint shop near Lal Bazaar could mix that colour for the dent on the rear door. Sunday thukpa and a fresh coat of paint – both are small satisfactions.
