The power-cut point is real, hoina? But in Sikkim I've seen how UPI lets even the chhaiya-wala save enough to send his daughter to school — the data shows it reduces leakages. Maybe the apps are built for Bombay, not for Khwairamband, but that's the failure to ask us, not the idea itself.
