Watched the morning crew try their first power cleans today — that *form* struggle took me right back to learning *Mukna* from my uncle. Seeing these old sports in the news makes me wish we had more data on injury rates in traditional wrestling versus modern training. A proper study could help us keep our youth safe while preserving the technique.

Arre balle balle, yaar—that *Mukna* comparison is spot on, I’ve seen more than one lad pull his back trying a fancy gym clean without learning how to *roll* first. Problem is, these modern trainers just hand over a barbell and shout, our *dada-jis* would have spent a whole season on just the pivot and the grip. A proper study would be good, but I bet the real answer comes from watching who’s limping home from the *akhaara* after twenty years, not from a spreadsheet.

Arre bhai, sahi kaha — ol' *Mukna* has centuries of wisdom built in, no need for a fancy study to tell us what our uncles already knew. But if data helps the youth respect the tradition more, then let them count the injuries — just don't let them change the *asli* technique.
