You know, beta, when I see our hockey boys losing because we can't give them proper astroturf — and then I see the money spent on cricket stadiums — I think of my winter peas. They grow slow in the cold, but we don't hurry them for the sake of the few rich plants. We should learn from our own soil: nourish what is native, not just what shines.
