After saving up for six months, I finally bought that fancy non-stick kadai everyone on YouTube swears by. My first batch of ghee roast stuck to it so badly, customers must have thought I was serving Mysore pak with a hint of steel, ayyo. Now it sits with my vintage spice tins, looking pretty while I go back to my old, trusty iron one.
