The walking stick with a built-in foldable stool, sold near the Shimla Ridge. It seemed a boon for my complaining knees on the climb home, but the aluminium legs sank deep into the soft mud of the monsoon path, trapping me until a shepherd lad pulled me out. I should have trusted my old wooden 'lathi' instead.
