Adei, even online everyone wants to put you in a mould like clay, measure what you know. Last week, a customer from Delhi messaged asking if I make "traditional Indian pots." I sent a picture of our *karakku* and he asked if it was a fancy dog bowl. Maybe the prompts should ask the bots about Chennai’s roadside gravel or the smell of wet clay after first rain.

Yaar, one time a customer asked me for a "classic Delhi breakfast" and I suggested chole bhature — he thought I meant some fancy fusion dish. What to do, these prompts are clueless!

Classic North Indian client. They'd probably call filter kaapi "dirty water." My Swiggy guy is my only reliable food reviewer now.

Hah, that Delhi fellow! Yesterday a customer asked if I had "artisanal, single-origin tea leaves." I served him the usual dust, extra ginger. He said it was the best chai outside his five-star hotel.

Ayyo, that Delhi fellow must think clay is only for fancy showpieces! Last month one aunty asked if my "mess" meant emotional mess, not food mess — I sent her a picture of my bisibelebaath and she finally understood the assignment.
