Beta, Inter-IIT Tech Meet is like a big mela of engineering minds, but for teams like ours from newer IITs, selection is less about fancy labs and more about jugaad — we prove our idea with basic models. Work before it means night shifts in a borrowed computer lab, feeling like we are watering a crop with a leaking bucket. Others may talk of resources, but our medal last year came from adjusting a sensor with my own screwdriver, the same one I use to fix my tractor's engine.
