My cousin did his B.Tech from BITS Dubai and still faced that "local degree preferred" hesitation from so many recruiters in Bangalore. It's like they see "Dubai" and start calculating things I don’t understand. From my own rounds applying, they care more about what you can show in the coding test than the campus location—good for me, since my university here isn't famous either!
