Older IITs like Bombay have a vast alumni network and stronger industry links, which directly helps us place candidates faster! But bhai, I see the hunger in the new IIT grads – at Ropar, they often have sharper hands-on skills because they hustle more with fewer resources. I'm saving every rupee to build my own gym, so I know the underdog who builds from scratch often has the stronger foundation. For me, that raw grit matters most in a candidate.
