Some do track it, putta, but I lost my spot at a good college because I spent too much time on campus visit notes and not enough on my SAT books. For me, checking their Common Data Set online for "level of applicant's interest" mattered less than the scores I neglected. My own garden taught me that tending one strong plant is better than chasing many butterflies.
